Responsibilities of the Candidate:

Identify potential clients for software development, UMS solutions, and custom IT projects.
Generate quality leads and convert them into business opportunities.
Promote BluePeak’s services through digital and direct marketing.
Support the business development team in closing deals.
Build relationships with institutions, businesses, and startups.
Research and identify potential client segments (schools, colleges, businesses, startups).
Collect and verify contact information of decision-makers (Directors, Managers, Admin Heads).
Reach out to clients through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn.
Explain BluePeak’s services:
Custom software development
UMS (Allotease)
Web & mobile app development
Digital solutions
Schedule meetings and demos for the senior team.
Maintain a lead pipeline and update CRM/Excel regularly.
Follow up with interested leads and nurture them until conversion.
Create simple marketing content (posters, messages, digital brochures).
Track outreach performance and prepare daily/weekly reports.
Assist in preparing proposals and client presentations.

Requirements:

Basic understanding of lead generation, digital marketing, and business development.
Comfortable using:
LinkedIn
Email marketing tools
Excel/Google Sheets
WhatsApp Business
Ability to create simple marketing creatives (Canva or similar tools).
Knowledge of CRM tools is a plus (not mandatory).
Strong communication and convincing skills.
Confidence in reaching out to new clients.
Good research and data-collection skills.
Self-motivation and ability to work independently.
Punctuality, discipline, and willingness to learn fast.
Pursuing any degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Computer Science, or related fields.
Freshers & beginners are welcome if they are willing to learn and communicate.
