Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Google Ads Specialist who can create, optimize, and scale high-performing ad campaigns for our business. If you’re passionate about PPC, love analyzing data, and know how to turn ad spend into profit — we want to hear from you!

🔍 About the Role

As a Google Ads Specialist, you will manage end-to-end Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, Performance Max, Shopping, and YouTube. Your goal will be to maximize ROI, reduce cost per lead/sale, and drive consistent growth.

This is a remote position, open to USA-based candidates.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

✅ Create, launch & optimize Google Ads campaigns
✅ Conduct keyword research, audience targeting & competitor analysis
✅ Develop ad copy, extensions, and creative concepts
✅ Manage budgets, bids, and quality scores
✅ Track conversions, events, and analytics with GA4 & Tag Manager
✅ Perform A/B tests on ads, landing pages, and bidding strategies
✅ Set up and optimize Performance Max & Shopping campaigns
✅ Provide weekly & monthly performance reports
✅ Stay updated with Google Ads policies, trends, and algorithm changes

🎯 Requirements

🔹 2–5 years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns
🔹 Proven track record of generating leads/sales
🔹 Strong understanding of CPC, CPA, ROAS, bidding & optimization techniques
🔹 Experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking
🔹 Ability to manage budgets of $2,000–$50,000/month
🔹 Strong analytical skills & data-driven decision making
🔹 Excellent English communication skills
🔹 Google Ads Certification (preferred)
