Job Description

Job Type: Full-Time
Experience Level: Mid to Senior
Location: Remote / Hybrid / On-site (Flexible)
Industry: Technology, SaaS, Web & Application Development

🧠 About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Full Stack Developer who can confidently handle both front-end and back-end development. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building complete products—from designing clean user interfaces to developing scalable server-side logic and databases.

As a Full Stack Developer, you will work closely with designers, project managers, and other developers to transform ideas into fully functional digital solutions. You should be comfortable switching between technologies, solving real-world problems, and writing clean, maintainable code.

This is not a routine coding job. You will be expected to think like a product builder, understand user needs, and contribute ideas—not just follow instructions.

🛠️ Job Responsibilities (Expanded)

🔹 Front-End Development

  • Develop responsive, user-friendly web interfaces using modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue

  • Convert UI/UX designs into pixel-perfect, functional components

  • Optimize applications for speed, performance, and accessibility

  • Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility

🔹 Back-End Development

  • Build secure, scalable server-side applications using Node.js, Python, PHP, Java, or similar technologies

  • Design and develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party APIs

  • Handle authentication, authorization, and data security best practices

  • Write efficient business logic and manage server resources

🔹 Database & Architecture

  • Design and maintain databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Firebase, etc.)

  • Optimize queries and ensure data integrity

  • Work with cloud platforms and hosting environments

  • Participate in system architecture planning and improvements

🔹 Collaboration & Maintenance

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams

  • Debug, test, and maintain existing applications

  • Participate in code reviews and follow best coding practices

  • Document code, APIs, and development processes

🎯 Skills Required (Explained)

✅ Core Technical Skills

  • Front-End: Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern JS frameworks

  • Back-End: Experience with at least one server-side language and framework

  • Databases: Knowledge of both SQL and NoSQL databases

  • Version Control: Proficiency with Git and Git-based workflows

  • APIs: Experience building and consuming REST APIs

✅ Additional Skills (Highly Valued)

  • Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)

  • Familiarity with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes

  • Experience with authentication systems (JWT, OAuth)

  • Knowledge of security best practices

  • Ability to write clean, reusable, and scalable code

✅ Soft Skills

  • Strong problem-solving mindset

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Good communication and documentation skills

  • Time management and ownership of tasks

💰 Salary Expectations

Salary depends on experience, skill level, and location, but here is a general range:

  • Junior Level: $800 – $1,500 per month

  • Mid-Level: $1,800 – $3,000 per month

  • Senior Level: $3,500 – $6,000+ per month

💡 For exceptional talent, salary is negotiable. Performance-based increments and long-term growth opportunities are available.
